Payments – OK&GO Rent

WHICH CARDS ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT?

You can pay by credit card (UNICRE network) or Debit Card, however the latter only serves to pay the rent and is not valid and/or accepted for the deposit and/or deductible.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, BUT THE FAMILY WHO ACCOMPANYES ME DOES, CAN I USE THIS CARD FOR PAYMENT?

Yes. However, the credit card holder will have to be added as an additional driver to the rental contract and will incur an associated cost. For more information, consult the additional coverage table or contact OK & GO Rent.

WILL A DEPOSIT/EXDUCT BE MADE ON MY CREDIT CARD WHEN PICK UP THE VEHICLE?

Yes, the fuel deposit is captivated, which varies depending on the selected Group. In the case of the deductible, the amount captivated varies according to the Group and selected Coverage. This amount is retained in the cardholder’s bank account until the end of the rental. However, there may be exceptions in some countries. Please check our General Rental Terms and Conditions for more details. Deposits and rentals paid in cash are reduced within OK & GO Rent.

CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE IN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY?

Yes. This request must be made at the beginning of the rental contract, directly entering the company’s data.
