Insurance Coverage and Additional Protections

WHAT COVERAGES DOES THE INDICATED RATE CONTAIN?

When renting a car from OK & GO Rent, Civil Liability coverage is always included, in accordance with the legal provisions of the rental. This coverage is automatically included in the rental at no additional cost. The scope of coverage provided depends on the package requested (BASIC, PLUS, PREMIUM and Glass, Headlights, Wheels and Tires coverage).

CAN I OBTAIN ADDITIONAL COVERAGE OR PROTECTION?

For additional coverage that is not included in the rate you selected, you can upgrade when renting. All upgrades are subject to payment of an additional fee. The values are indicated in the booking confirmation.

HOW MUCH IS THE ADDITIONAL COVERAGE?

The amount of additional coverage depends on the group booked. For more information, consult the additional coverage table or contact OK & GO Rent.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED AN ADDITIONAL COVERAGE SERVICE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY?

It is important to bear in mind that this coverage is not the responsibility of OK & GO Rent. If the vehicle suffers any damage during the rental, you will have to pay the damage amount in full to OK & GO Rent. In any case, you will have to captivate the value of the deductible or take out additional coverage.
