VIOLATIONS OF THE ROAD CODE HOW ARE THEY PROCEEDED?
Any violation of the Highway Code (which includes parking fines) is the responsibility of the customer (driver linked in the rental contract). These must be settled before returning the vehicle, otherwise the driver will be identified with the competent authorities. Fines management fees may apply if OK & GO Rent is asked to intervene in the fines regularization process.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF A CLAIM?
You must contact OK & GO Rent as soon as possible, through the 24-hour travel assistance line (+351) 968 828 883 (call to the national mobile network) and then contact the competent authorities.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN?
If possible, park the car and remove the ignition key. Put on the reflective vest (available in the glove compartment) and then proceed to place the reflective triangle on the track. Then, you must contact OK & GO Rent through the assistance number – (+351) 968 828 883 (call to the national mobile network) – while traveling (available 24 hours) which can be found on the key ring and on the rental contract.
WHAT WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN CASE OF DAMAGE?
If damage occurs, for which you are responsible, during the rental, you will be charged the amount corresponding to its repair. Acts of negligence invalidate any coverage purchased, leaving the customer liable for damages up to the total value of the vehicle (commercial value applied at the time).
