When picking up the vehicle, feel free to ask OK & GO Rent employees for information about the main characteristics of the vehicle.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON KILOMETERS PER RENTAL?

At the moment all our rates include unlimited kilometres.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF FUEL I PUT IN THE VEHICLE?

In the rental agreement, you can find the type of fuel in the vehicle. However, all vehicles contain identification (fuel cap). In the event of an error in fueling, please do not start the vehicle, and immediately contact OK & GO Rent’s 24-hour service (+351) 968 828 883 (call to the national mobile network). Please note that this is considered an act of negligence and voids any type of coverage you have purchased (even if it is the Premium package). In case of need for travel, a travel assistance team, OK & GO Rent will apply travel fees + VAT.

HOW IS THE PRICE OF OUTSTANDING FUEL CALCULATED?

The calculation of the missing fuel includes: the market price of the fuel used and the model of the vehicle. Under this value, a refill fee of €30.00 also applies.
