Reservations – OK&GO Rent

HOW CAN I START MY BOOKING?

After contacting OK & GO Rent, through the website or through one of the social networks, will receive a response as soon as possible. You will be asked about the dates for your reservation, the desired car category, the coverage, the deductible and if any extra is needed to better accommodate your reservation. After confirming and sending the requested documentation, the availability of the reservation will be confirmed. All confirmations are made by email.

CAN I CHOOSE THE MODEL OR GET CONFIRMATION OF THE VEHICLE I WANT?

OK & GO Rent only confirms the vehicle category and not the model. The vehicle model of each group is presented only as a reference. However, we will do our best to ensure that it is the characteristic model of the selected group.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT TO BOOK THE VEHICLE?

Passport or identification card (BI or CC) in force.
Driving license (valid).
Credit card in the name of the main driver.

IF I FORGET THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS, CAN I RENT THE VEHICLE?

No, unfortunately, in this situation you will not be able to pick up the vehicle nor will OK & GO Rent refund any amount that has already been paid.

CAN I BOOK A VEHICLE WHEN I AM NOT THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER?

Yes, however, the credit card holder must be part of the contract as an additional driver (see OK & GO Rent General Rental Terms and Conditions).

CAN I HIRE AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?

Yes, you can hire up to two (2) additional drivers, however a single fee applies per driver. This option can be formalized both at the time of booking and at the pick-up station. All drivers must present valid documentation.
