Deposit and Deductibles

WHEN PURCHASING THE PREMIUM PACKAGE, IS IT NECESSARY TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. Even if you have purchased the Premium package, a fuel deposit will be required, this deposit will depend on the selected group. At the end of the reservation and the condition of the fuel tank is checked by an OK & GO Rent employee (Check Out vs Check In), the deposit is returned within a maximum period of 5 working days within the Unicre network. At the end of the reservation you will receive confirmation of the deposit by email.

WHAT IS A FRANCHISE AND WHAT IS IT FOR?

When signing the rental agreement, an excess (1) is blocked. Blocking is done through the driver’s credit card linked to it. If there are no new damages when returning the vehicle, the blocked amount is also unblocked. If you return the vehicle with additional damage, OK & GO Rent will charge the budgeted amount of the repair + the daily fee for vehicle downtime, except in cases of negligence where any coverage purchased is void, leaving the customer responsible for the total amount of the repair.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO ELIMINATE THE DEDUCTIBLE?

Yes. In Groups E, C, CP and D, when purchasing Premium coverage, you can reduce the deductible to zero (0), as long as these are not considered a negligent act of driving.
