CAN I REQUEST AN EXTENSION OF MY CONTRACT?

It is possible to change the duration of the rental at the time of collection or during the rental itself. You must contact OK & GO Rent through the following contacts, geral@okgorent.pt or by telephone (+351) 968 828 883 (call to the national mobile network). It is necessary to take into account that the extension is subject to the availability of the vehicle.

MAY I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

The reservation can be canceled at any time, however, to receive the full refund of the payment made, you will have to request the cancellation of the reservation at least seven (7) days in advance of the date of collection of the vehicle, with a cost of expenses bank accounts in the amount of €15.71 + VAT.

IF I RETURN THE VEHICLE BEFORE THE CONTRACT ENDS, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

No. The contract establishes the rental period. Therefore, if you return the vehicle before the stipulated date, you will not be refunded for the days you did not use the vehicle.
